Apple Lattice (9”)    $4.75 slice/$25  whole

Still one of our most popular pies, traditional apple in a lattice crust.  We use Cortlands and tart Pink Lady local apples, slice and toss them in lemon juice and our own special spices for a not-too-sweet version of this great American pie.

Pecan (9")     $4.75 slice/$25 whole

Chopped southern pecans suspended in a rich, sweet filling, made with Lyle's Golden syrup and brown sugar.


Brown Butter Pumpkin (9")  $4.50 slice/$22 whole

A traditional custard pie for the holidays and year round. We make ours with local eggs, browned butter, spices and pumpkin puree.




Lemon Chess (9")  $4.50 slice/$22 whole

A tart pie made with humble ingredients, 'jes lemon, eggs, sugar, butter and cornmeal. Simple and delicious!

Salted Chocolate Pie  (9")  $4.50 slice/$22 whole

A pie bar favorite! Graham Cracker crust filled with smooth chocolate filling, topped with flaked salt and a bit of whipped cream.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites in Gingersnap Crust (2")   $3

A fluffy pumpkin cheesecake filling in house-made gingersnap crust, all in a small cupcake-sized bite, just right for a special treat!

 Our savory selection varies daily. Our weekly pies at Florence Pie Bar are 9", serve 7-8 people, and are made with mainly local, seasonal ingredients. They are sold by the slice in our shop, and a limited number of whole pies are available daily to walk in customers.  Please call the shop to place an order for pies on our weekly menu, or to place a request for a special order. We are happy to answer questions about pie flavors or pie requests. We do not ship pies and all sales are final.
