A mixture of tart and sweet local apples tossed in a lemony spiced filling, baked in a lattice-topped crust, sprinkled with demerara sugar.
Blueberry Buttermilk Pie (9") $25
Maine Blueberries suspended in a tangy buttermilk chess filling, sweetened with sugar and a sprinkle of cornmeal.
Chocolate Ginger Chess (9") $22
Baked chocolate custard made with ginger infused cream and baked in a butter crust, topped with Mapleline whipped cream and crystallized ginger.
Cherry Cobbler $4.75/serving (STARTING APR 20)
Tart cherries, lightly spiced and sweetened, baked under buttermilk biscuits. Try it with Snow's vanilla ice cream ($1)!
Almond Joy Bites (2") $3
Coconut macaroon filling, baked in a coconut graham crust with toasted sliced almonds, topped with ganache and whole almonds.
Chocolate Coffee Cream Tartlets (4") $6
Smooth chocolate filling, under coffee-steeped whipped cream topping, a wonderful combination!
Honey Orange Tartlets (4") $6
Tangy orange filling, sweetened with honey and baked in a small 4" tart shell, a refreshing treat for a spring day!

Ricotta Pie (9") $25
A traditional Easter-time treat, made with ricotta cheese, lemon and orange zest, in a graham cracker crust, very simple and very good.
Lemon Chess (9") $22
Tart lemon sugar custard with a pinch of cornmeal, baked in a butter crust.
Our savory selection varies daily. Each day we have soup, quiche, hand pies and savory galettes. Here are some examples of what we make: mashed potato and caramelized onion galettes, beet, goat cheese and thyme galette, zucchini and feta galette, curried beef hand pie, braised beef hand pie, Chicken Shawarma hand pie, pulled pork hand pie. Our weekly pies at Florence Pie Bar are 9", serve 7-8 people, and are made with local, seasonal ingredients. They are sold by the slice in our shop, and a limited number of whole pies are available daily to walk in customers. Please call the shop to place an order for pies on our weekly menu, or to place a request for a special order. We are happy to answer questions about pie flavors or pie requests. We do not ship pies and all sales are final.
